1. Sponsor

The Lorwyn Eclipsed Bingo Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Flip the Table Games (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and members of their immediate family or household of Sponsor are not eligible.

This Promotion is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on [Start Date & Time, Central Time] and ends on [End Date & Time, Central Time] (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. Free Entry Method (Only Method of Entry)

Participation in this Promotion is completely free.

To enter and participate, an individual must:

  1. Sign up to receive a free Bingo card by mail by completing the entry form at:

  2. Provide the required contact and mailing information as requested on the entry form.

  3. Upon successful registration, Sponsor will mail one (1) official Bingo card to the entrant at no cost.

There is no purchase required to receive a Bingo card, and no alternative method of entry is offered, because this method is free and available to all eligible participants.

Limit one (1) Bingo card per person during the Promotion Period.

5. Official Bingo Cards and Tracking

All official Bingo cards issued by Sponsor will be uniquely numbered and tracked.

Only the individual whose name and information were used to request and receive a specific numbered Bingo card (the original entrant) is eligible to submit claims using that card.

Submissions made by anyone other than the original entrant associated with a specific numbered Bingo card will be void.

6. Livestream Participation Requirement

To participate in the Bingo game, entrants must be present in Sponsor’s live Whatnot livestreams during the Promotion Period.

Bingo Hit Spaces are announced exclusively during the live livestreams and are not posted elsewhere. Participants who are not present at the time Hit Spaces are announced may miss opportunities to mark their Bingo cards.

7. Livestream Schedule

During the Promotion Period, Sponsor anticipates hosting approximately four (4) to seven (7) livestreams per week on Whatnot. The number, timing, and duration of livestreams may vary at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Livestream Booster Openings and Bingo Hit Spaces

During each livestream, Sponsor will open two (2) Lorwyn Eclipsed booster packs live on stream.

Only the cards revealed from those two booster packs opened during that livestream will be considered valid Bingo Hit Spaces and may be marked by participants on their respective Bingo cards. No other cards, packs, card references, or mentions outside of those two booster openings will count as Bingo Hits.

The two booster packs opened during a given livestream may consist of:

  • One (1) Lorwyn Eclipsed Play Booster and one (1) Lorwyn Eclipsed Collector Booster, or

  • Two (2) Lorwyn Eclipsed Play Boosters, or

  • Two (2) Lorwyn Eclipsed Collector Boosters,

as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. How the Bingo Game Works

Each Bingo card consists of a 5×5 grid.
The center space is a FREE space and is automatically considered marked.

A “Bingo Win” is achieved when a participant completes a full 5-space row, column, or diagonal of marked spaces.

10. Marking Bingo Cards

Participants must mark Bingo Hit Spaces exclusively using the official stickers provided with their mailed Bingo card.

No other marking methods—including pens, markers, stamps, or digital markings—are permitted. Bingo cards marked in any manner other than with the official stickers may be deemed invalid at Sponsor’s discretion.

11. Prize Structure and Bingo Wins

Participants may earn upgraded prizes based on the total number of Bingo Wins completed on a single Bingo card.

Prizes are upgraded, not cumulative. A participant receives only the highest prize tier achieved.

Prize Tiers

  • 1 Bingo Win
    → $2 in singles

  • 2 Bingo Wins
    → Prize upgraded to $3 in singles

  • 3 Bingo Wins
    → Prize upgraded to $4 in singles

  • 4 Bingo Wins
    → Prize upgraded to $5 in singles

  • 5–7 Bingo Wins
    → Prize upgraded to $3 in singles and one (1) Lorwyn Eclipsed Play Booster

  • 8–11 Bingo Wins
    → Prize upgraded to $5 in singles and two (2) Lorwyn Eclipsed Play Boosters

  • 12 Bingo Wins (Full Blackout Board)
    → Prize upgraded to $5 in singles, two (2) Lorwyn Eclipsed Play Boosters, and one (1) Lorwyn Eclipsed Collector Booster

12. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants, the number of Bingo cards issued, and the number of Bingo Hit Spaces announced during the Promotion Period.

13. Claiming a Prize

Participants who achieve a Bingo Win must submit a prize claim through Sponsor’s Bingo Entry/Claim page, available at:

Prize claims will be accepted beginning February 14, 2026, and must be received no later than March 7, 2026 (the “Claim Window”).

To be valid, each claim must include:

  • An uploaded photo of the completed Bingo card, clearly showing all marked Bingo Hit Spaces and the card number

  • Verification that all Bingo Hit Spaces are marked exclusively using the official stickers provided with the mailed Bingo card

  • Entrant’s name and contact information matching the original Bingo card registration

Claims must be submitted by the original entrant associated with the numbered Bingo card. Claims submitted by any other individual will be void.

Claims must be received during the Promotion Period or within the Claim Window announced by Sponsor. Late, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent claims will be void.

All claims are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to review and validate all claims and may deny any claim that does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

14. Prize Delivery and Taxes

Prizes may be awarded as store credit, singles selection, sealed product, or shipped items, as determined by Sponsor.

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any costs not expressly stated as included.

15. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

16. Prohibited Conduct

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion, falsifies Bingo completion, submits claims for another entrant, violates platform rules, or otherwise acts in a manner deemed unfair or disruptive.

17. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost mail, delayed delivery of Bingo cards, livestream interruptions, technical issues, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

18. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

19. Winner List

A list of winners will be available upon request after the Promotion concludes. Requests may be sent to Sponsor at the address listed in Section 1.

20. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Missouri.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Whatnot or any other platform used to conduct the livestream.
